All digital product orders (notion templates) are delivered via email within one business day of purchase. If you have not received the download within 24 hours, please email contact@sincerelyadri.com.

Due to the digital nature of each product, we do not accept returns/refunds of purchases. If you have purchased an incorrect item or have any other issues, please reach out to contact@sincerelyadri.com. Refunds or store credit will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
